Touring the L.R. Ingersoll Museum
The museum is typically open Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Group are more then welcome to visit the museum on there own without scheduling for a tour guide. However, Please notify us if your group is larger then 10 and always check our calendar of tours to find a free times for your visit.
The duration of a our guided tours range is about 60 minutes. with 15 to 25 minutes explaining some of our exhibits and the rest of the time as free play.
Large groups of 40 or more will require special accommodations. A guided tour may or may not be possible, due to the size of your group, the size of our museum, or availability of more then one docent, if the group can not be broken into smaller groups for back-to-back tours.
Please contact us at least a week before desired date.
