Gravity Coin Well, 1L20.10
Location:
- L.R. Ingersoll Museum of Physics

Description: This large Hyperbolic Funnel measures 54 inches in diameter, as a coins are dropped down the ramp and spiral their way in to the center this loosely simulates a gravity well, such as a black hole.
Setup:
- Make sure there are enough pennies in the tray
- Make sure there isn't a clog of coins at the bottom of the funnel
Cautions, Warnings, or Safety Concerns:
- To may coins at one time will clog the funnel
