Got to a maximum of 3.3 nW chopped power, for a conversion efficiency of <math> 4.1 *10^{-7} </math>. Again, I'm not sure if these powers are scaled properly since I've gotten somewhat different values with every technique, but they do at least some linear at this point. I'm going to change the gas pressure now.
 
At 0.15 atm, I got a max of 4.1 nW for an efficiency of <math> 5.1 * 10^{-7} </math>
 
At 0.20 atm, I got 4.0 nW and an efficiency of <math> 4.9 * 10^{-7} </math>
 
0.25 atm: 5.8 nW; efficiency of <math> 7.3 * 10^{-7} </math>
 
0.3 atm: 8.9 nW; efficiency of <math> 11 * 10^{-7} </math>
 
0.35 atm: 7.1 nW; efficiency of <math> 8.8 * 10 ^{-7} </math>
