Found a weak 633 signal using the old photodiode. Quickly improved it and switched back to the new photodiode (so that I could get accurate power measurements). The signal was now visible on the new photodiode. I thought for a long time I must just be missing the photodiode, but apparently the thorlabsThorlabs one just isn't sensitive/quiet enough when the signal is in the pW range. I'll remember that for next time.

New efficiency measurement is <math> 5.5*10^{-7} </math> In addition to walking the 780 beam, I also slightly adjusted it'sits polarization and the focus of the a-sphere on the output fiber launch, both of which slightly improved efficiency.
