The 2015 Mickey's Dairy Bar incident is widely regarded as the most devastating Lab Lunch occurrence of all time. 8 injuries and 3 fatalities occurred as a direct result of senior grad student Nick Brewer's failure to check ahead of time that the restaurant was in fact open.
