An independent study projects progress meeting will be held on the first Thursday of each month during Spring 2014 in 4272 CH (HEP small conference room) from 5-7pm. These meetings are required for students working for credit under Carlsmith’s supervision on projects including the laser pointer, Troy, Foucault pendulum, quadcopter, EEG, 3d food printing, and 3d printer recycling. The dates are: 6 Feb 6 Mar 3 Apr 1 May Each student should prepare a 5-slide powerpoint summarizing their progress during the past month and plans for the following month including action items. We have quite a few projects going so presentations must be kept short and to the point. You will have 5 minutes for presentation and five minutes for discussion and should be present to give feedback on all projects. |
